About
Together on the path to personal growth.

biography
Led by Piet Decoster, an experienced psychodynamic group therapist with over 25 years of expertise, our sessions combine learning the harmonica with therapeutic goals—helping you manage pain, stress, and social isolation. Through this playful and gentle approach, we address powerful emotions in an accessible way, fostering connection and self-discovery. At the heart of our program is the joy of making music together and the recognition and support of others.
What makes us special?
Our group therapy follows a psychodynamic approach, fostering personal growth within a supportive group setting—similar to a family or circle of friends. Each session begins with a fun and accessible activity: learning to play the diatonic harmonica together. No prior experience is necessary, just an open mind! This playful musical introduction helps you unwind, bond with others, and create a positive foundation for meaningful conversations at your own pace.
